"Call it romantic nonsense if you will,
but there are epiphany moments, in which new revelations
seem to summon us from a contentment with who we are
to new spiritual adventures.
These epiphanies enable us to cast off our dull
religious comforts
in favor of a riskier pilgrimage."

Calvin Miller, The Path of Celtic Prayer
Praise God for epiphany moments.

praise God. and brace yourself.
An apt warning, lest I be naive. There's a part of me that LONGs for the riskier pilgrimage and the dependence and closeness to Christ I know it will bring. And truth be told, there's another part of me that's immensely frightened by it.
Good stuff!....As the old church sign once read, "If He brings you to it, He'll bring you through it". We are praying for your pilgrimage.
